We'll work together each week via email, making small changes little by little, working towards your goals, and whenever you need it there is an additional option for a video / voice chat one-to-one.
The Blog is a mixture of useful hints and tips, links to great websites, blogs and podcasts, as well as a regular update on my own activities, progress, plans and successes.

The first thing I ever wanted to 'be' was a gymnast - when I was about 10 year's old. Since then I have always been active. Cycling is usually my primary mode of transport wherever I live in the UK, and in 2009 I 'discovered' running and triathlon. Since then I have become increasingly passionate about fitness and health, and coaching.
I qualified as a group fitness instructor 2011, then completed my personal training and nutrition advisor qualification with Premier International in 2014. This year (2015) I upgraded my nutrition education and completed an online-certification with the UK's best nutrition education provider - the Body Type Nutrition academy - and passed my exams in October!
Now I am based between Egypt and Dorset. I have to be very inventive with my workouts when I am living away on archaeological digs - training in odd places with very little equipment, but I really love training in a great gym (like the one I currently work in - Fitness By Design in Gillingham, Dorset)
I love all kinds of fitness - running, swimming, cycling, gym classes, boot-camps, weight lifting and yoga. It is as much part of my life as sleeping and breathing!
